Delete your CognoSaga account

You can request account deletion in your browser, on desktop or mobile.

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. If you wish, export your history as JSON.
  3. Confirm your password in the deletion option.
Sign in and request deletion

Sessions will be revoked immediately. Your profile, answers, results, journeys, activities and terms acceptance will be deleted after 30 days. Your email stays reserved during that period; restoration requires a temporary link sent to your account email.

After the deadline, cleanup runs every hour. Global content and effectively anonymized records are preserved.
